1. Open your desired photo with Photoshop into Worksplace
  2. Start Color by add Selective Color (Larey --> New Adjustment Layer --> Selective Color) and set value as below:
    Colors= Red Cyan = -44 Magenta = +10 Yellow = +19 Black = -13
  3. Add two more Selective Color and leave the value to default to make it more reddish.
  4. Next Add Hue/Saturation Layer (Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Hue/Saturation) and set value
    Saturation= -22 leave the other options as default. Here you can set Saturation to any value as you want. (The more higher value you set, the more reddish image is)
  5. Add Gradient Map of Black and White Color and draw from Left to Right (Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Gradient Map). Then set Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light and descrease the opacity (45)
  6. Add Curves Layer (Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Curves) set the value as image below:
  7. Add Color Balance Layer (Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Curves) set the value as below:
    Tone : Midtones Cyan Red = -21 Magenta Green= +5 Yellow Blue = -11
  8. Then Add a default-valued Color Balance Layer Tone : Midtones Cyan Red = 0 Magenta Green= 0 Yellow Blue = 0
  9. To make it more brighter, you can Add Brightness/Contrast Layer and increase the value as you want
  10. Add Color Fill Layer with #ccccc color. Then set its Blend Mode to Lighten and opacity to 15%
  11. . Add another Selective Color with the following value:
    Colors: Red Cyan=-26 Magenta = +11 Yellow = +16 Black=0
  12. Add Gradient Fill layer with color # 71f984 and #000000; set the Style = Linear angle = -105.26. Then set its Blend Mode to SoftLight and opacity to 56%
  13. Add Gradient Fill layer with color # e52727and #000000; set the Style = Linear angle = -55.01. Then set its Blend Mode to Screen and opacity to 48%
  14. Add Color Balance Layer and set its value as
    Tone : Midtones Cyan Red = -27 Magenta Green= -23 Yellow Blue = -13
  15. The last step is to add a default-valued Selective Color Layer
