Directed by Mark Atkins (Jack the Giant Killer and Battle of Los Angeles), "Android Cop" is set in a futuristic Los Angeles where a hard-boiled cop (played by Spawn's Michael Jai White) gets assigned a new partner, who just so happens to be an "advanced automatous, artificial intelligence, neural-net law enforcer droid" -- aka "I'll just call you, Andy."
